Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 98q at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. 98q will not be held liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you notify 98q of unauthorised access.
98q implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. You are encouraged to enable all available account security features. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
KYC Verification: 98q is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its obligations under its international gaming licence. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All deposits and withdrawals on 98q are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 98q account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. 98q does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the depositing payment method must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 98q account.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the cashier page, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. 98q reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with the schedule published on the platform. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

98q uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for applicable games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' standard operating procedures and regulatory oversight.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, network outage, or software error that affects a game round in progress, 98q reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes placed to the relevant player accounts. No compensation is payable for winnings that would have been realised had the malfunction not occurred.
Disconnection Policy: If a player's internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the game will continue to resolve according to its standard logic. 98q accepts no liability for disconnection losses arising from the player's own internet or device issues.
Sports Betting: All sports and cricket bets are settled in accordance with 98q's sports betting rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Settlement is final once confirmed. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time at 98q's discretion. Void bets are returned at stake.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 98q platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:

Where prohibited conduct involves potential criminal activity, 98q will file relevant reports without prior notice to the account holder. Funds associated with suspected financial crime will be frozen pending investigation.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 98q's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 98q account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Closure by Player: You may close your 98q account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus deductions for unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Closure by 98q: 98q reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

Governing Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
